French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support entirely remotely. You will interact with customers via chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, courteous assistance in both French and English through chat and email.
• Handle customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to guarantee consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
