Pharmacy Manager

About the role

Siemens Healthineers PETNET Solutions is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at one of its PET radiopharmacy locations. This full‑time, primarily night‑shift position oversees the manufacture and distribution of high‑quality positron‑emitting radiopharmaceuticals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production of radionuclides and preparation/testing of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely dose fulfillment.
• Oversee financial performance, P&L responsibilities, and budgeting.
• Supervise pharmacy staff, handling hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, radiation safety, pharmacy laws, and corporate policies.
• Coordinate with corporate teams on regulatory reporting and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a nuclear or radiopharmacy environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to alternative schedules.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
