UAT Tester – Manual QA for Aeroline sector

About the role

Cronos Europa is seeking a detail‑oriented UAT Tester to join its QA team supporting the Aeroline sector. You will ensure the quality and reliability of complex systems by collaborating with business, technical and stakeholder teams. The position focuses on manual testing with a clear path toward test‑automation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional and non‑functional documentation such as user stories, use cases and specifications.
• Design and prepare test scenarios and test cases that are ready for manual execution and future automation.
• Execute test campaigns, identify, report and track defects.
• Perform retesting and validation after fixes and ensure full coverage via traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and testing scope.
• Participate in test reviews, contribute to continuous improvement and support test planning and quality strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing or test analysis.
• Strong experience with test design and end‑to‑end scenarios.
• Ability to work with functional documentation and extract test conditions.
• Solid understanding of test execution and defect management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English and experience in multicultural, Agile environments.
• Basic knowledge or interest in test automation and a technical or development background.
• Experience in air traffic management or similar domains is a plus.
