Commercial Manager – Hospitality

About the role

As a Commercial Manager at Hilton, you will lead the commercial strategy across all revenue streams, ensuring each guest experiences the warmth and light of exceptional hospitality. You will work closely with hotel leadership to drive top‑line performance and market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies for Group, Conference & Events, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Leisure, and Spa.
• Partner with General Managers and Finance to align commercial decisions with revenue, cost, and profit targets.
• Lead pricing, rate strategy, demand forecasting, and revenue management reviews.
• Coordinate on‑property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies proactively.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners.
• Drive team engagement, performance management, and professional development.
