Customer Service Representative – German/English (Multilingual)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join Volvo’s Central team, providing fast and efficient assistance for vehicle breakdowns across Europe. The role involves direct interaction with dealers and customers, ensuring clear communication throughout the repair process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for international vehicle breakdowns, assisting customers wherever they are in Europe.
• Maintain regular contact with dealers and customers to keep them informed about repair progress.
• Collaborate within a dedicated 24/7 team to deliver the highest level of customer support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking.
• Fluent in English and German, plus one additional language (Polish, Lithuanian, Finnish, Swedish, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese) at minimum B2 level.
• Flexible to work full‑time with rotating weekend and night shifts (every 6‑8 weeks).
• Valid driving licence (category B) to travel to the workplace.
