As the Director of Operations for a Hilton hotel, you will lead daily hotel functions while championing the brand’s commitment to exceptional hospitality. You will shape service strategies, drive performance, and ensure every guest experiences the warmth and light that define Hilton’s culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and compliance with brand standards.
• Develop and execute service‑excellence strategies by monitoring guest trends, measuring satisfaction, and implementing continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process enhancements to boost productivity and team performance.
• Oversee quality‑assurance programs, set performance goals, and manage service‑recovery actions.
• Foster a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English.
