Multilingual Customer Service Representative – Czech, English & Eastern European

About the role

Volvo is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join its Central‑East team. You will provide first‑line support for vehicle breakdowns across Europe, ensuring customers and dealers receive timely updates and assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for international breakdowns, assisting customers wherever they are in Europe.
• Maintain regular communication with dealers and customers to keep them informed about repair progress.
• Collaborate within a dedicated 24/7 team, rotating weekends and night shifts every 6‑8 weeks.

Required profile

• Bachelor‑level education.
• Fluent in English and Czech, plus one of Polish, Lithuanian or German (minimum B2).
• Flexible to work full‑time hours with rotating shifts.
• Valid driving licence (category B) for independent travel to the workplace.

Required skills

• Strong multilingual communication abilities (English, Czech, and an additional Eastern‑European language).
