About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Spa Host to be the face of our premium spa retreats. You will welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure a flawless, relaxing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide clear information about spa therapies and their benefits.
• Maintain the spa area to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support the Spa team in daily operations and collaborate with other club departments.
• Act as an ambassador for the club’s health and wellness values.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• Passion for health, wellbeing and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality experiences.
