Spa Host – Premium Health & Wellness Club

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Spa Host to be the face of our premium spa retreats. You will welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure the spa environment meets the high standards expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in members with a warm, professional attitude.
• Explain the features and benefits of each therapy room and spa service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the spa at all times.
• Uphold premium brand standards and health & safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the spa team to deliver a seamless member experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• Passion for health, wellness and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality experiences.
