About the role

We are looking for a passionate Spa Host to be the face of our premium spa retreats. You will welcome members, explain the health benefits of each therapy room, and ensure the spa environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in members with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide clear information about spa therapies and their wellbeing benefits.
• Maintain the spa area clean, tidy, and in line with premium brand standards.
• Assist with booking and scheduling of treatments.
• Collaborate with the wider club team to deliver a seamless member experience.

• Experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• Strong passion for health, wellness, and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality experiences.
