About the role

We are looking for a passionate Spa Host to join our premium health and wellness club. As the face of our spa retreats, you will welcome members, explain the health benefits of each therapy room, and maintain a pristine environment that reflects our high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the spa, greeting members and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room to members.
• Ensure the spa area is consistently clean, tidy, and meets premium standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless member experience.

Required profile

• Experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• Strong passion for health, wellbeing and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality experiences.
