Spa Host – Premium Health & Wellness Club

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Spa Host to be the face of our premium spa retreats. You will welcome members, explain the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, and ensure the spa environment meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in members with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Explain the purpose and benefits of each spa treatment area.
• Maintain the spa’s cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation at all times.
• Support the spa team in delivering a seamless, high‑quality member experience.
• Assist with minor administrative tasks such as booking and inventory control.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a premium customer‑service environment.
• Passion for health, wellness and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering a great experience.
