About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling inbound and outbound interactions for a booking platform.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
- Manage cases, including modifications, cancellations, deposit claims and escalations.
- Log, classify and follow up on all customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate call history and resolution records.
- Analyze call data and share feedback with internal teams.
- Stay updated on platform and process changes.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in travel or technical support.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
- Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
- Availability to work CET schedule, including mandatory weekend shifts.
Required skills
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Slack or other team collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and standard office applications.
