About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide inbound support for a mobile phone rental service provider in France. Working remotely, you will handle customer calls, answer questions about rentals, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for each user.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer support calls.
- Assist users with inquiries related to mobile phone rentals and services.
- Communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Accurately document all interactions.
- Follow internal processes and maintain high‑quality service standards.
Required profile
- C2 level French and strong English (C1).
- Previous experience in customer support, especially inbound calls.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Required skills
- Stable wired internet connection (LAN).
- Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14 (minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space).
- Wired USB headset for call handling.

- Fully remote, flexible work schedule (3–4 hours per day, Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00 CEST).
